Muhammad Khairul Amirin graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2020 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2021, after completing his pupillage under the tutelage of Benjamin John Dawson.
Khairul has been involved in high value civil disputes, notably acting as assisting counsel for one of the third parties in two fraud claims amounting to USD1.18 billion and RM42 million respectively brought by a wholly owned company of Ministry of Finance Incorporated against the former Prime Minister of Malaysia. He joined REC in 2025 and presently supports the partners in the conduct of involving a wide range of complex or high value commercial and civil disputes.
