Arini graduated from the University of Liverpool and was called to the Bar in 2014. She completed her pupillage at Messrs Tommy Thomas, gaining early exposure to general litigation.
 
She later practised in conveyancing at Messrs Pretam Singh, Nor & Co and subsequently at Messrs Hafarizam Wan & Aisha Mubarak, where she acted for prominent developers on property and transactional matters. Arini then joined Messrs Jeff, Leong, Poon & Wong, handling corporate banking matters for most major financial institutions.
 
Arini has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including the sale and purchase of property and corporate financing. She has acted for reputable developers such as SP Setia Berhad, OSK Property, and Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB), and is well-versed in both conventional and Islamic financing documentation for major banks including CIMB Bank, Malayan Banking Berhad, RHB Bank, AmBank (M) Berhad, and Hong Leong Bank Berhad.
